Factory Direct Wallpaper's customer service unsurpassed any store I have ever ordered or bought from, not only because the product is superior but because of Jimmy. Working with Jimmy was a pleasure. He was professional, knowledgeable & very patient, as I had several questions about the product I needed clarified. He responded to my questions in an incredibly timely manner. FDW's website was easy to navigate, photos clear and info on product very helpful. It made shopping easy. Communication was exceptional. I was apprised when my order was received, left the warehouse & expected delivery; could not believe received the next day. My product was packaged so carefully and double wrapped to assure protection. Obviously, Factory Direct Wallpaper, especially Jimmy, strives to provide the highest level of service and they do.
